A celebration of all things summer, the Seaside Festival takes place at the iconic Caroline Bay and the nearby town centre. Have fun with outdoor movies, huge fabulous kites, beach digs and much more!

Movies on the Bay

A fun filled family evening at the bay. Two movies on show (kid friendly earlier and less kid friendly later in the evening) bring a picnic blanket and some fish and chips and enjoy!

Kite ​Day
​

A crowd favourite, Caroline Bay comes alive with over 50 giant kites flown by professional kite flyers. You can even bring your own kite and join in the fun!

Beach Dig
​

Spend the morning by the Caroline Bay shore digging, exploring and uncovering hidden treasures at the annual Great Beach Dig.
